These terms apply to the Mintback website, mobile applications, browser extension, bot, and related services operated by TECHTENSTEIN SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED (collectively, “Mintback”). By creating an account or using Mintback, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter a contract in your country and provide accurate account and payout information. You are responsible for activity on your account and must not share one-time codes or access credentials. One person may not operate duplicate accounts to obtain additional rewards.
2. How cashback works
Cashback is funded by commissions that participating merchants and affiliate networks validate after a qualifying purchase. A displayed rate is the maximum available rate unless stated otherwise. Tracking can fail if you do not start through Mintback, change devices or browsers, block required cookies, use an unapproved coupon, return or cancel goods, or if a merchant excludes the purchase. Cashback shown as pending is an estimate—not money owed—until the merchant or network confirms and pays the commission.
3. Loyalty recognition
Loyalty tiers may increase your share of eligible merchant-funded cashback by the fixed percentage shown in Mintback. Tier progress is based on confirmed lifetime cashback. Streaks, challenges, badges, squads, and rankings are recognition features only and do not create a cash entitlement. Mintback does not currently offer chance-based cash scratch cards, cash prize contests, or cash for daily check-ins. Any future promotion will have separate official rules, eligibility, dates, selection method, and reward terms available before entry.
4. Purchases, returns, and merchant responsibility
Your purchase contract is with the merchant. Mintback does not sell, ship, warrant, or provide customer support for merchant goods or services. Returns, cancellations, taxes, delivery, and product disputes are governed by the merchant’s terms. A return, cancellation, chargeback, or ineligible purchase may reduce or reverse related cashback.
5. Withdrawals
Only confirmed, available cashback may be withdrawn, subject to the minimum, supported payout methods, identity checks, and limits displayed before you request payment. We may place a payment on hold while investigating fraud, sanctions, ownership, tax, or affiliate-network disputes. We will not mark a withdrawal paid until the payment provider confirms it.
6. Prohibited use
You must not automate clicks or purchases, falsify referrals, exploit pricing or tracking errors, interfere with the service, impersonate another person, abuse merchant programmes, or use Mintback for unlawful activity. We may suspend affected rewards while investigating and may close accounts involved in verified abuse, with notice where law permits.
7. Affiliate disclosure and changes
Mintback may earn a commission when you follow a qualifying link. Rates, eligibility, exclusions, and merchant participation can change without notice because they are controlled by third parties. We will apply the validated transaction data supplied by the relevant merchant or affiliate network.
8. Availability and liability
We work to keep Mintback accurate and available, but do not promise continuous operation or that every purchase will track. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mintback is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited, including applicable consumer rights.
9. Changes and termination
We may update these terms to reflect service, legal, or partner changes. The updated date will appear above; material changes will be communicated through the service where practical. You may stop using Mintback and request account deletion at any time.
10. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by Indian law, subject to any mandatory law that applies where you live. Courts with jurisdiction in Bengaluru, Karnataka will hear disputes that are not otherwise subject to a mandatory forum.
