Mintback Cashback Payout Rules: Pending, Confirmed and Withdrawal

How Mintback cashback moves from pending to confirmed, when it can be reversed, and the rules for requesting a withdrawal.

This page summarises how cashback moves through a Mintback account. It restates the rules in the Terms and FAQ; if anything here ever differs, the Terms apply.

1. Pending

When a tracked order is reported, the cashback shows as pending. It is an estimate and cannot be withdrawn. The store or affiliate network still has to confirm the purchase.

2. Confirmed and available

Once the store confirms the purchase, the cashback becomes confirmed and available to withdraw. Only confirmed, available cashback can be withdrawn.

3. Declined or reversed

A return, cancellation, chargeback or ineligible purchase can reduce or reverse pending or confirmed cashback. Your purchase contract is with the store, so delivery, returns and product questions are handled under its terms.

4. Requesting a withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal for India is currently ₹100.
A request withdraws your whole available balance.
You can have one withdrawal request in progress at a time.
Each request is reviewed and processed by the Mintback team.
A payment may be held while fraud, ownership, tax or affiliate-network disputes are checked, and it is marked paid only after the payment is confirmed.

5. Missing cashback

If an order you started through Mintback does not appear, signed-in users can raise an order complaint from the Help tab in their dashboard. Have the order number, date and amount ready.

Who can use Mintback

Mintback is for adults who can enter a contract and receive a payout. One person may not run more than one account to obtain extra rewards. Sign-in uses a one-time code sent to your email, so there is no password.

Cashback is never guaranteed: it depends on the store tracking and confirming your order under its programme terms. Mintback earns a commission from partner stores when you shop through its links.
